The entire foyer and “gallery” (hallway with artwork) was painted with faux stones. 10’ ceiling, with the foyer about 15’x20’, while the “gallery” was about 50’ long. Lots of openings and doors.

Detail of an actual niche in the gallery hallway, with a huge urn in it. I painted the decorative “carving” at the top. He wanted a large shell, she wanted something quite different. She won. The inspiration for the design was from a detail on their fireplace.

Turned out kinda fun, actually.
